Madrid, 26 September .- Tim O'Reilly, creator of the Web 2.0 concept, will open the November 22 session of the Fifth International Forum of Digital Content, FICOD 2011, to be held on 22, 23 and 24 November at the Palacio Municipal de Madrid in Madrid and whose registration is now open.
