Measuring the effectiveness of the Virtual Procedures Office at Gencat.cat

The Virtual Procedures Office, a service that provides access to the procedures of the Government of Catalonia, town councils in Catalonia and other administrations has deployed a measurement solution based on IMUE Key Performance Indicators.
IMUE, presented at FICOD 2009, is an initiative focused on the definition of a reference model for the measurement of eGovernment.
