He was born in Mexico D.F., professional lawyer who has worked in different law branches during more than 25 years of career, starting his professional activity in 1986 in the practice of Corporate Law at the Law Office Bremer, Quintana, Obregón y Mancera S.C., in the areas of corporate law, foreign investment and contracts.

In 1992 he joined Televisa Group as Legal Manager of the Chair where he was corporate lawyer principally.

In 1998 he became Legal Coordinator and contracts administrator for artists at Televisa San Angel, undertaking tasks of Actors Contracts, Directors Producers, as well as writers copyright licenses, musical producers, audiovisual and image producers. In 2002 he was appointed as General Counsel for Administrative Affairs at Grupo Televisa, taking charge of the responsibility for matters relating to Public Administration, like real-estate, immigration, electoral, dealer and content in radio, television and pay television, contests, games and sweepstakes. He still has this role.

On the other hand, he has actively participated in debates of bills on Radio and Television and Elections in the Senate and different Secretaries of State.

He currently serves as Secretary of the Board of Directors of the National Chamber of Radio and Television (CIRT) and the Ibero-American Telecommunications Organization (OTI); he is also VP of the National Chamber Mexican Editorial (CANIEM).

He is co-author of "Regulation in Telecommunications" Porrúa Editorial, published in Mexico in 2007.

He taught Mexican Positive Law in the Irish Institute since 1994 until 1996 and Tax Law at the School of Economics and Business from the Anahuac University from 1996 to 1997.

Graduated in Law in 1991 from the Law School of Anahuac University, chosen because of its commitment with their students and its educational excellence.

He became a lawyer in 1993, by postulating the thesis "The International Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods".

He has further studies as the Tax Certificate, from the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico in 1994-1995, as well as the Diploma of the Law applied to International Business at the Escuela Libre de Derecho in 1996 and in New York Transfer Pricing in 1995.

He is married and has 3 children.
