Francisco Moreno is 47 years old. He graduated in Ciencias de la Información from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid. Journalist, has combined the office with management companies and private communication. In all projects managed to give professional and personal touch has earned widespread social recognition, streamlining work systems and innovation in the development of audiovisual content. In 2009 obtained The Television Talent Award from Television Academy.

In 1987 began as editor of News Services in TVE ( Canary Islands Delegation). Began directing this area with 29 years, from 1993 to 1999. That year, he left public television and assumed the Directorship of Antena 3 in Canary Islands, where he held a strong expansion plan that included building a new facility equipped with the new digital technology.

In 2001 was commissioned to revive the Canary Public Radio and Television, suffering in these times of severe economic problems and programming audience. It redefines the management model for outsourcing of content production, making it a model for other regional television then follow. Between 2002 and 2003 Canaria TV becomes the fastest growing regional television throughout the state.

In June 2005, resigned as general manager and start to work for the group Editorial Prensa Iberica in the implementation of the Audiovisual Division. Since then, develops the strategy of this group of audiovisual media, which has licensed TDT in places where editorial operations. The group manages several local television, radio and production division for national and regional channels.
