Ignacio Gómez Hernández

Ignacio Gomez is Director of Entertainment for RTVE.es, a position from which he oversees the online strategy for all the TVE and RNE's programs and series. He is also coordinator of the INVI Awards that recognize audiovisual innovation on the Internet. With a degree in Economics and Business Administration from ICADE, before landing at RTVE.es he did a three-year stint as journalist and web content coordinator for 20minutos.es. Throughout the years, Ignacio has also worked as a freelance journalist and editor for a number of different media and publications and in 1999 was part of the founding editorial team of Baquía.com, an online magazine dedicated to the Internet and Technology and one of the first online publishing projects in Spain.
