Joaquin is General Manager of Animation and Videogame Observatory and Director of the Master Degree of Videogames Design and Programming, since 2003. He is also a college professor teaching technology subjects as Infographics, Multimedia, Social Networks, Audiovisual Technology, Design and Multimedia Production, Written Technology Information, since 1998. He is responsible from 2005 of three lists in REDIris, National Investigation and Development Network.

He was responsible of the radio program “New Technologies” in Radio Nacional de España between 2000 and 2003.
