Pepe Arcos is he Art Director of noneko and an expertise in digital media graphic design and corporate identity; since the beginning of his career at Valencia, he has undergone several graphic projects, becoming the youngest art director for Europe while working at the consultant MarchFirst in Madrid in 2000. Since then he has had the opportunity to define the creative strategy and design of websites as significant as Caja Madrid, Telefónicaonline or esMADRID and brands like Viaplus, SPAINBUSINESS, MADRID 2010 (Shanghai Expo) or SEGITTUR.

In 2004 he founded noneko with Sonia Villanueva, developing a personal style that loo after simplifying the multifaceted relationship between audience and interface. On the other side of the coin, the development of clear and recognizable visual identity in any medium and in any phase is as the second "brand" of his vision. Finally, the combination of multidisciplinary teams and the ability for consultants and technology developers are the other feature of his philosophy in noneko.
