The way it works is simple: through speed-dating sessions of 8 minutes conversations, you will explain your project, ideas, experiences and concerns to the other person. This first contact will give both parties a chance to decide if you are good match for eachother. 
You will leave after having established that important first contact with a variety of different people who are as excited about your project as you are.
