FICOD

DENAE is the meeting point for all the Entertainment Law professionals in Spain. Since its founding in 2009, DENAE has gained the association of more than 160 lawyers and legal counsels who have participated in more than 15 events organized by our Association – seminars, networking sessions or presentations. DENAE was conceived as an idea at FICOD 2008, therefore, we consider this Forum as the natural meeting point for all the Entertainment Law professionals, who, in pure logic, include all the legal professionals at the digital contents industry.

DENAE offers in FICOD 2011 the celebration of the II Entertainment Law Professional Meeting. The audiovisual industry in 2011; an event open to all professionals in the digital contents industry. It will consist of an initial debate among DENAE associates linked on various manners to the audiovisual industry (production companies, broadcasters, distribution companies…etc.). The participants will discuss about the needs, challenges, interests and personal experiences in the course of their professional experiences in this area.

This event will end up with a discussion among the attendants to the Meeting, and with a networking session which shall permit the legal professionals to meet with representatives of the industry.

The debate will be moderated by Juan Antonio Orgaz, President of DENAE, and, initially the main participants on the same will be the following:
