Due to the multiplicity of options currently available in the digital environment for professional visibility, it is necessary to use tools in a comprehensive manner to enable companies specializing in the acquisition of talent to access to passive candidates in remote locations that otherwise would be hidden. Futurestep has implemented the most innovative methodologies and 2.0 tools for the internal research teams to identify talent wherever they are in the digital world and also interact with candidates in an agile way.
