Internet is now an essential communication and promotion channel for small and medium enterprises. Despite the resistance to be online, more and more SMEs are released to the pool of networks. In this discussion we propose to analyze some key points on this issue, such as arguments, reactions and resistances of SMEs to be online, promotional tools and channels beyond the traditional banner, key concepts around the Internet and conversation with customers and the rest of listeners, or good patterns of behavior in online reputation management.
