From e-commerce to F-commerce. The evolution of the social commerce in Spain

In the recent years the term f-commerce has began to gain influence in the agenda of many advertisers and experts who wants to fuse the call-for-action power of the social networks and the proven efficacy of the e-commerce. In USA companies as Delta Airways, 1-800 flowers or Nine West are already successful case studies. In Spain there are several platforms which offer the integration of online shop elements in a Fcb page. And there are also several advertisers such as Telepizza or Privalia which are gaining achievements in F-commerce. However, there are many questions that still need to be answered. ¿Is is real the huge sale potential of Fcb, given to it by the tendency settlers o we are in front of a new buzz word?  ¿Which is the customer motivation in a social environment? ¿How can your social shop works? In this round table we have gathered some of the most influential experts in this area in order to debate what is already done and what is to be done in social commerce in Spain
