"The growth of mobile Internet reflects changing media consumption habits among consumers. Furthermore, the immediate impact of the channel and the available media tools (videos, gaming, QR codes..) have developed a new link between users and brands.

• On one hand, the user could anytime and anywhere: buy, evaluate, recommend, interact with the brand etc. 
• On the other hand, brands are able to use the channel to communicate with their customers or potential customers.

The presentation will be focused on how brands could engage their customers through their mobiles. It will have practical approach. However international examples will be mentioned, the main focus will be Spanish success stories, mainly based on Qustodian experience

Qustodian is a  two-way communication channel between brands and consumers via mobile phones."
