The backchannel is a set of techniques that it have proved useful in presentations and conferences to prepare, complement and draw conclusions on an event using social networks tools. This workshop will present how are this techniques and tools can be used in education to harness collective intelligence and how the user-generated content can enrich the act of teaching.
