Internet has burst in and SMEs that 5 years ago had the “marketing” of their business under control, are lost in a world where terms that don’t mean anything to them like SEO, SEM, E-commerce, are used. And they asked themselves: What does this has to do with my business? The answer is: all and everything.
10 years ago a company with less than 20 employees had a telephone or fax as communication tools and paper advertising as their only way of creating visibility.
Google, Facebook, Twitter, etc are forcing SMEs to evolve. It’s necessary to display our product and the professionals behind it. And more importantly: to know our clients and improve our products and services. To increase the feeling of closeness in Internet
How can I make that transaction from paper to online presence? How does that change take place? Where do I find the time and knowledge to undertake it?
